The Sudanese Rapid Support Forces (RSF) announced on Thursday the arrest of several individuals accused of being involved in the violations that took place in the city of El-Fasher, most notably Al-Fateh Abdullah Idris, known as “Abu Lolo.”
In a post on its Telegram channel, the RSF stated that the operation led to the detention of several suspects connected to the recent incidents in El-Fasher, confirming that “Abu Lolo” was among them.
This announcement comes after the RSF had earlier denied any affiliation with “Abu Lolo,” who appeared in video clips showing field executions in El-Fasher, asserting that he does not belong to its ranks.
